A home that
already knows
the morning.

Light that follows the room and the people in it. The AC that starts before the room warms up. A door that tells you it was left open. Designed and installed as one system — whether we are handing over a finished home or working around walls that stay exactly where they are.

One system

Lighting, climate, shade, security, media and voice — planned together, installed once, handed over with the drawings and the scene list. Nothing in this house needs our account to keep working.

01 — Three ways to begin

The walls decide
how we work.

Most homes arrive at one of three moments: a shell with drawings, a renovation that has already started, or a finished flat someone lives in. The scope follows the moment, not a package.

Design

Before work starts: space planning, materials, lighting and joinery, with the automation designed into the same drawings.

Integrate

Mid-build: we join your contractor’s programme, define the interfaces, and commission at the end.

Retrofit

Already living there: IR, RF, relays and bridges bring what you own into one app. Almost no chasing.

For the home you live in. Lights, presence and the rooms you feel every day.

02 — The rooms

Six places a home
actually gets used.

Not a device list. These are the moments people ask for — and the ones they notice when they are missing.

Warm modern living room with a sofa, wood panelling, cove lighting and floor-length curtains.
01 / Living Light that layers. Cove, accent and task light at the right level — and curtains that close before the glare.
Low-lit bedroom with a platform bed, soft textiles and a deep blue-grey wall.
02 / Bedroom Cooler before you are. The AC starts before the room warms up. Blackout and wake-up light do the rest.
Home cinema with a projector screen above a fireplace and warm low lighting.
03 / Cinema One tap, the room changes. Projector on, blinds shut, lights to 8%, soundbar at movie level.
Hand tapping a wall-mounted home control tablet showing temperature and room controls.
04 / Control One panel for the house. Lights, climate, scenes and cameras on a wall tablet — the same system as the phone.
Close-up of vintage brass and ceramic light switches beside a wooden door frame.
05 / Retrofit The switch was already there. IR, RF and relays bring old hardware into the same system. Replacement is the last resort.
Apartment balconies at dusk, with warm sunset light on the facades.
06 / Balcony Shade that moves with the sun. The awning retracts before the monsoon gust, and the balcony light comes on at dusk.

Photography is reference imagery, not client projects. Replace with your own photography, with permission, when it exists.

03 — What is included

What is handed over.

Every engagement ends the same way: a home that runs on its own, drawings that match what was installed, and no dependency on us to keep the lights working.

  • Lighting — dimming, tunable white, presence and scenes, on the switches you already know.
  • Climate — ACs brought under one control, with schedule, presence and a sane ceiling on temperature.
  • Shade — curtains, rollers and awnings, following the sun, the glare and the monsoon.
  • Security — lock, door sensor, doorbell and cameras, with local recording rather than a subscription.
  • Media — the TV, projector and audio in one scene, not four remotes.
  • Network — the Wi-Fi and the wiring underneath it, because everything above depends on this.
  • Voice & local AI — a local assistant that runs on the hub in the house, not in someone’s cloud.
  • Energy — the meters and the dashboard that show what the house actually uses, per room.

04 — The cost

Indicative pricing,
two cities.

Mumbai in INR, Hong Kong in HKD — the HKD figures reflect local labour and electrical costs and exclude local taxes. Final scope and quote follow a walkthrough, and hardware is line-itemed before you approve it.

₹2,00,000

Mumbai, minimal-change retrofit · also HK$200,000 in Hong Kong.

₹5,00,000

Mumbai, whole home · also HK$500,000 in Hong Kong.

₹12,00,000

Mumbai, full design + automation · also HK$1,200,000 in Hong Kong.

What is not in these numbers. Furniture and loose furnishings, structural work, lift and building charges, society permissions, and GST or local taxes. Cinema rooms, multi-floor homes and whole-building work are quoted separately. A renovation that is already under way is priced from the interface list, not the package.

Indicative launch pricing, exclusive of taxes. Scope, hardware and site work are line-itemed before approval — nothing is ordered without a written yes.

05 — Questions

The ones that
come up first.

Short answers. If yours is not here, it is a better use of a call than a page.

Do I have to move out?

Not for a retrofit. Most of the work happens in existing switch boxes, at the AC unit and at the hub — a room at a time, with a working house most evenings. A full redo is different, and the programme will say so.

I rent. Can I still do this?

Yes, and it is a common request. Battery and plug-in sensors, smart bulbs and IR blasters come out with you. Anything screwed to a wall is agreed with the landlord first, and we keep the reversal drawings.

What happens when the internet goes down?

The house keeps running. The hub, the scenes and the automations live inside the home; the cloud is optional. Switches still work as switches, and the app works on the local network.

Can you work with my architect or contractor?

That is usually the best setup. We define the automation scope and the interfaces, then coordinate on power, network, ceiling and joinery without taking over the site. White-label drawings are available for studios.

Do you sell hardware?

We are vendor-neutral. We can supply and commission, or specify for your vendor. Hardware is billed at actuals with your approval, and we do not design around one brand’s catalogue.

What if something breaks in year three?

You get the documentation: device list, network map, scene list and the credentials in your name. Any competent integrator can pick it up, and we offer a support arrangement if you would rather we did.

Next

Start with the home,
not the kit.

A floor plan, a few photos and a description of how the household actually moves through the day. From that we come back with a scope and a number you can approve, change or bin — before any hardware is ordered.
