If you message us

When you contact Ambient Form Studio on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your profile name and whatever you send us. We use that only to reply, understand your project and prepare a proposal. We don’t sell it, rent it or add you to a marketing list.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Messages sent through it are also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, ask us for an alternate way to get in touch.

Project information

For a live project we may hold floor plans, elevations, photographs, device lists, site notes and the client’s contact details. This is used only to design, coordinate and commission the interiors and automation scope. It is kept confidential, shared only with the people who need it for the project, and deleted or returned when the project closes if you ask.

Data inside a client’s home

Our default design keeps camera footage, voice recordings and automation history on a hub inside the home. Ambient Form Studio does not receive a copy unless the client explicitly grants access for support or commissioning. That access can be revoked at any time.

Where a client chooses a cloud service — for example a music streaming subscription or a manufacturer’s own app — that service’s terms apply to that part of the system. We flag those choices during specification.

Hosting

If this site is hosted by a third-party provider, that provider may keep standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations. We do not use those logs to profile visitors.
